Born in the UK, I am lucky enough to have lived all over the world: from the sunbleached environs of Iran, Saudi, Jordan and Iraq -- to the cultured, historic cities of Europe and the Mediterranean, including Greece, Belgium and in North Africa: Libya - I also washed ashore on some beautiful caribbean islands, the jewel of which has to be Bermuda with its wealth of history and everywhere beautiful views, from colorful little lanes with bougainvillea covered walls to picturesque villages, islands and of course boats. 
Each country has inspired me differently, as each place enjoys its own unique style and colour pallet, landscape, art, history, architecture, humour and way of life. I constantly strive to learn from these individual characteristics and incorporate the individuality of the moment into each painting.
